Spoilers for “The Golden Bachelorette” ahead.

“The Golden Bachelorette” is ready to hand out her final rose.

After a shocking breakup, the reality dating show's first season returned last week with the “Men Tell All” episode, which USA TODAY's Bryan Alexandar described as “sticky good,” with the men including “Golden Bachelorette” Joan Vassos , 61, hugged each other with warm Sensitive Man Hugs.

During the “Men Tell All” episode of the show, all of Joan's potential suitors spoke about their experiences on the show, while Pascal and Joan opened up about the shocking twist in the previous episode.

“I just want the best for Pascal,” Joan told USA TODAY after the taping. “It was hurtful and I was surprised. I admit that. But he wasn't where he was supposed to be. And in the end he did the right thing.”

Pascal, meanwhile, said he didn't mean to hurt Joan, telling USA TODAY: “I'm very confident that I was 'the chosen one' and I wasn't in the place where she needed me. I realized it's like, “I don't have to move on.”

The drama certainly isn't over yet: “There's a twist in every 'Bachelor' ending,” Joan told USA TODAY. “There are a lot of tears and emotions. But in the long run there are also tears of joy.”

All eyes are now on the season finale as viewers speculate who Joan will choose between Guy and Chock.

“It's a pivotal week on the stunning island of Bora Bora as Joan's family arrives, eager to meet the men vying for her heart,” ABC says of the upcoming episode. “As her journey to find a second lasting love comes to an end, Joan struggles with the uncertainty of whether she can truly let another man in after the death of her late husband.”

Joan, her family and her final two men will join Jesse Palmer in front of a live studio audience to watch the progress of their final dates, ABC says.

Who is “The Golden Bachelorette”?

“The Golden Bachelor” alum Joan Vassos is ABC’s first leading lady on the first-ever “The Golden Bachelorette.”

Vassos, 61, a private school administrator from Rockville, Maryland, was one of the show's top picks following the success of “The Golden Bachelor,” USA TODAY exclusively revealed in February.

Vassos spent a romantic evening with “Golden Bachelor” Gerry Turner on last year's show and became a fan favorite after her heartbreaking decision to call it quits due to a medical issue with her daughter.

During her time on Turner's season, Vassos had spoken passionately about her husband John, who died of pancreatic cancer after 32 years of marriage. “He was the husband who always made me feel safe and valued,” Vassos wrote on Instagram in January.
