Thunder's Alex Caruso: Won't start Thursday

Caruso is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Nuggets, reports Nick Gallo of the Thunder's official website.

The Thunder acquired Caruso in a trade with the Bulls in the offseason, and while he was expected to be a starter on paper, he will end up coming off the bench in this season opener. Isaiah Joe will start alongside Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in the backcourt.
