Ex-Porn Star Mia Khalifa Trolls US Military: “Suffering from PTSD” | video

Mia Khalifa has sparked a wave of backlash after posting a video in which she mocked US military personnel and sarcastically “wished” they would return with post-traumatic stress disorder to prove her point – which she said was disrespectful the welfare of veterans by the government. In the video, Khalifa greets “everyone who's not in the U.S. military” before focusing on America's overseas operations, quipping, “I hope you go over there and get your little brain in shape.”

Former adult star turned social media activist Mia Khalifa, who has been a vocal advocate for Palestinians and made controversial comments following the October 7, 2023 attacks, recently posted a mocking video on social media with the words: “Good morning Anyone not in the U.S. military.”

Without specifically mentioning Israel or the ongoing conflict in Gaza and Lebanon, the Lebanese star issued a scathing criticism of US military troops stationed on foreign soil on her X account, adding: “Good morning to everyone at home and don’t sit on the ground. “That’s not theirs to fight a war for a country that doesn’t care about them.”

The now-deleted video on her social media came shortly after US troops deployed to the Middle East amid regional tensions. Khalifa, who was once PornHub's top-rated adult star and was threatened by ISIS for wearing a hijab in a film, often speaks of Israel calling the country an “apartheid” country. Her controversial political statements even led to the end of her career as brands began cutting ties with the star.

Although she did not specifically mention the recent U.S. deployment, her comments seemed consistent with her consistent anti-war stance. In the video, Khalifa mockingly expresses that she hopes U.S. soldiers stationed abroad develop post-traumatic stress disorder. “I hope you go over there and get your little brain messed up with PTSD and then come back here and see how much the United States cares about you, boy!” she said, imitating a baby voice. “See how much they care for you when you come back.”

She then sarcastically suggests that veterans get nothing more than a few breathing exercises from the VA to “fix” their broken minds – because, in her opinion, once they're no longer useful, the government doesn't care. “Oh, I’m so sad, I ruin my pants every time I see a falafel stand in Manhattan.”

“Let’s see how much the VA cares about you. Let's see what you're told to do with your broken little brain because you went to a war that isn't yours. They will try to tell you to do breathing exercises because the US government has no regard for you if you can't die for them. Once you're done, when you're just a shell, they don't care about you anymore,” she said, according to POST.

The video was viewed over 3 million times on X before disappearing. After previously receiving much criticism for downplaying the October 7, 2023 terrorist attacks, she recently clarified her stance in an interview with The New York Times, stating that she believes that “Palestinians who oppose Israeli occupation resist, fight for their freedom, similar.” until the fall of the Berlin Wall.”
