BATON ROUGE – Investigators have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting on Brady Street in September.

Anthony Torreganohayes, 18, was arrested Thursday by the Baton Rouge Police Department for shooting and killing 44-year-old Johnny Ray Green outside his Brady Street home on Sept. 13. Arrest documents say Torreganohayes told a witness he received $2,000 for killing Green.

Torreganohayes was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail on charges of first-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon.
